Sean O'Connor

Sean O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sean began their career as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Phoenix Investment Partners in 1996. Sean then moved on to GE Capital as a Financial Analyst in 2000 before joining Life Fitness as an International Financial Analyst later that year. In 2001, Sean joined Conagra Brands as a Finance Manager.

From 2004 to 2011, Sean worked at Unilever, starting as an Associate Finance Manager and progressing to roles such as Finance Manager, Brand Development, and Audit Manager for the Americas.

In 2012, Sean joined Ulta Beauty as a Marketing Finance Manager, where they partnered with various leaders and provided financial support to marketing and merchandising teams. Sean later assumed the roles of Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, and Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for Ulta Beauty's eCommerce division. During their tenure, Sean worked closely with the VP of ULTA.com and their teams.

In 2021, Sean briefly worked at Oatly as a Director of Sales Finance before joining The Hain Celestial Group as the Sales Finance Lead for Walmart, Club, and Channels.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic partnership, and driving profitability.

Sean O'Connor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance, and International Business from Illinois State University, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. Sean also received a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance, with a focus on International Business, from DePaul University from 1995 to 1998. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, completing it from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they studied International Business and Japanese at Kansai Gaidai University on an exchange program in 1994.
