Christina Villena

Christina Villena, CSP, ARM, serves as the Vice President of Risk Solutions and Premium Audit at The Hanover Insurance Group since June 2014, overseeing Field and Technical operations within the Risk Solutions Department. Prior to this role, Christina held various positions at Travelers Insurance from April 2006 to June 2014, including AVP of Service Operations and Risk Control Field Director. Christina began a career in safety consulting at Zenith Insurance Company from April 2004 to April 2006, and previously worked as a Senior Loss Prevention Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance from September 1998 to April 2004, focusing on safety consulting for diverse industries. Christina earned an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University between 2003 and 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Environmental Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998.
