Armando Quiroz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at City Club Los Angeles since May 2023 and as Executive Sous Chef at The Henry since January 2023, Armando has held previous positions including Chef De Cuisine at Conservatory weho, Executive Sous Chef at The Culver Hotel, and Sous Chef at Napa Valley Grille. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Line Cook at Hakkasan Group and various positions at Soho House & Co and Restaurants Unlimited Inc. Armando developed foundational culinary skills at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena from 2011 to 2012.
