Libby Wilson

Libby Wilson has been a Kentucky Colonel since May 1999 through The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, where appointments can only be made by the sitting Governor of the Commonwealth. From April 2008 to April 2023, Libby Wilson worked as a Data Services Specialist at Rice University. Libby Wilson holds an Associate's degree from Southeastern Illinois College and has a background in Special Education and Teaching from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
