Dr. Penn Emmanuel M (Ph.D.)

Dr. Penn Emmanuel M (Ph.D.) is a distinguished academic and accounting professional currently serving as the Coordinator of the Doctorate Program and a Senior Lecturer at The ICT University since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Accounting Assistant at Bling Pressing, an Accountant at a microfinance institution, and a Junior Accountant at Ngunbeng Ltd. Dr. Penn also completed an internship at the Regional Treasury in Bamenda, where mastery of treasury operations was achieved.
