Christian Capo is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in high-profile culinary environments. Currently serving as Pastry at The Inn at Little Washington since October 2020, Christian previously held the role of Corporate Pastry Chef at Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, where responsibilities included the development and oversight of the pastry program for multiple locations, including Michelin-starred establishments. Christian's leadership experience encompassed managing a team of 30 pastry professionals across various restaurant locations. Prior positions include Pastry Sous Chef at Dominique Ansel Kitchen and Pastry Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples. Christian is educated from Johnson & Wales University and Florida International University.
