Michael James Drake has a diverse work experience. Michael James started their career as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Royal Oak in 2014 and held this position until March 2016. Michael James then worked as a Researcher at Palestrina Partners from April 2016 to July 2016, providing market research and analysis services. In August 2016, they joined The Instant Group as a Client Retention Executive and later became a Client Development Manager from November 2017 to November 2018. Michael James then served as a Manager - Online Client Development from December 2018 to April 2020, achieving over 100% of the team's revenue target. From May 2020 to January 2021, they took on the role of Lead Advisor at The Instant Group. Currently, they are working as an Associate Director, Client Solutions, where they are responsible for developing existing clients, customer engagement, and building a new client strategy. Michael James also contributes as a content writer and user journey editor and identifies revenue opportunities for the company's Global platform.
