Rozina Muzammil

Rozina Muzammil serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at The Institute of Bankers Pakistan since December 2015, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior to this role, Rozina held the position of Executive Director at the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountant from June 2013 to November 2015, overseeing staff and assisting the Board in goal setting. Rozina also gained significant financial management experience as General Manager Finance at both Zameer Exports Pvt. Limited and Ahmed Foods (Pvt.) Limited, where duties included supervising finance-related matters and developing operational guidelines and budgets. Rozina is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration at Asia e University and has previously earned a Fellow designation from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and an MBA with specializations in Organizational Leadership, Finance, and Marketing.
