Melinda Lehman

Executive Director Behavioral Health Human Services at The Joint Commission

Melinda Lehman has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Melinda began their career as a Media Director at Goble and Associates in 1984 and held the position until 1987. From 1989 to 1993, they worked as a Sales Representative at DoPont/Merck Pharmaceutical Company. In 1993, they briefly served as a Project Manager at Hamilton Communications. From 1994 to 1997, they worked as an Account Executive at McAdams and Associates. In 1998, they became an Account Supervisor at McCann Torre Lazur and held the position until 2001. Melinda then pursued self-employment from 2002 to 2007. Since 2007, Melinda has been associated with the Joint Commission, initially as an Associate Director of Marketing and currently as the Executive Director of Behavioral Health & Human Services.

Melinda Lehman earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business in 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Melinda Lehman holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, but the institution and dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
