Rajesh Bawa

Rajesh Bawa is an accomplished data science and machine learning leader, currently serving as Vice President of Data Science & Machine Learning at The Knot Worldwide since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rajesh held key positions at Wayfair from January 2019 to April 2024, including Associate Director of Data Science Analytics, where Rajesh built and led a team that enhanced machine learning and analytics across multiple domains. Rajesh's experience also encompasses significant roles at CVS Health, where Rajesh improved medication fill rates with data science models, and various academic research positions, culminating in a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics & Biostatistics from Virginia Tech. Rajesh's educational background is further supported by a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Punjab Agricultural University.
