What we're looking for:
Experienced carpenters/construction workers. Carpentry, concrete, or farm experience preferred. Hard workers with a willingness to learn and work with a team. Valid Driver's License. Willing to travel out of state for work. Will work in our Highland, IL office when not traveling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Completion of necessary carpentry, maintenance projects as included on the punchlist
Ability to determine required materials and equipment
Document progress and update the schedule of completion
Assist with callbacks/warranties or emergencies (possibly after hours)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The characteristics listed below are representative of those sought to perform this job successfully.
Basic working knowledge of concrete, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general repair skills
Able to work independently
Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
Valid driver's license required.
50% minimum travel required
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
Qualified applicants will have:
High School Diploma
Prior maintenance/handyman experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position will be at the worksite or in the office depending on work responsibilities. The worksite environment is constantly changing and may include:
Wet and/or humid conditions
Moving mechanical parts
High, precarious places
Risk of electrical shock
Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme cold
Moderate to loud noise levels
