Director, Food & Beverages at The Landmark London

Marcela Noble is the current Director of Food & Beverages at The Landmark London. Prior to this, they served as the Food and Beverage Manager from March 2013 to January 2019. Before that, Marcela was the Food And Beverage Operations Manager at Royal Lancaster London from January 2011 to March 2013. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the F&B operation within the hotel including two a’la carte restaurants, a breakfast restaurant, a lounge bar and room service. Marcela was also responsible for the yearly budget, weekly forecasts and various reports for stakeholders and being accountable for financial results.

Some of Marcela’s key achievements include successfully increasing annual revenues by 5% in both 2009 and 2010 by delivering effective sales action plans across all outlets, achieving an average Mystery Guest score of 80% across all outlets in years ending 2009 and 2010, and implementing new structures which facilitated a 10% cost saving within 1 year. Marcela is known for their proactive and highly supportive approach to the whole F&B team, anticipating potential opportunities and challenges by having a presence on the floor. Marcela is also an effective leader, attracting, recruiting, training and appraising over 100 FTE employees.

Marcela Noble has a Master's degree in Corporate Business and Marketing from the Faculty of Business Economy of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Kosice, Slovakia. Marcela also has a Hotel Management degree from the Hotel Academy in Presov, Slovakia. In addition, they have various certifications from Dale Carnegie Training in High Impact Presentations, Effective Communication Skills Course for Success in Business, Winning Friends and Influencing People, and Santia Training in Managing Safely. Marcela also has certification from The Landmark London in Courages Conversations, The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in Level 2 Award n Food Safety in Catering, BIIAB in BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, and Royal Lancaster London in Hiring for Success and Appraisal Skills Training.
