Debbie Kilroy

Debbie Kilroy has a diverse work experience history, spanning different roles and industries. Debbie began their career in 1997 as an Assistant Property Manager at Brookfield Properties, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Business Manager at Larchmont Charter School. Kilroy then transitioned to the role of Administrative Assistant at 2nd Avenue from an unknown date in 2010 until December 2013. Debbie subsequently joined The Management Trust in 2013 as a Licensed Rental Associate until October 2015. From November 2015 to August 2017, they worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Brookwood Management. Kilroy then joined Associa Mid-Atlantic in February 2018 as a Community Manager until August 2018. Finally, they returned to The Management Trust in September 2018, serving first as an Assistant Community Association Manager until September 2021, and then transitioning to their current role as a Community Association Manager.

Debbie Kilroy has a comprehensive education history that spans various fields. In 1985 to 1987, they attended Truckee Meadows Community College, where they pursued a field of study in Elementary Education. Moving forward to 2003 to 2007, Debbie pursued Property Management at the BOMA Institute of Greater Los Angeles. In 2019, they shifted their focus to Community Management and joined the Community Association Institute, where they are currently pursuing a degree. Additionally, in 2019 to 2020, Debbie pursued further education at the California Association of Community Managers, earning a certification as a Certified Community Association Manager.
