Ramsey Isler

Ramsey Isler has an extensive work experience in product management and development. Ramsey is currently working as the Director of Product at The Markup since February 2021. Previously, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Wikimedia Foundation as a Senior Product Manager, where they led the ideation and development of new products to improve multimedia experiences on Wikipedia and its sister projects. Ramsey successfully implemented interactive 3D file support and drove community adoption of the new Structured Data features. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, Ramsey served as the Head of Product Management at Tangerine, Inc., where they led product strategy for an IoT company and provided expertise in proximity technologies. Ramsey also worked as the Head of Product at GoTunes from 2012 to 2014, and as a Tech Marketing Manager and Product Strategist at TKO Mobile from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Producer (contractor) at EA Mobile in 2011, where they designed and built improvements for the mobile version of Origin, an EA gaming platform. Ramsey also has experience as an Owner/Interactive Media Consultant at Isler Multimedia from 2007 to 2011, Flash Engineer/Architect/Product Owner at Amp'd Mobile from 2006 to 2007, Technical Director at Naviciti from 2004 to 2006, and Software Designer/Front-end Developer at Rootlevel from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, Ramsey has consistently demonstrated their expertise in product management, development, and strategic planning.
