Tiffany Hirshland

Tiffany Hirshland is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at The Mill Casino, Hotel & RV Park since April 2019, Tiffany previously held the position of HR Generalist at the International Academy of Atlantic City Charter School and worked in Human Resources at Principle Academy Charter from August 2017 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Recruitment Specialist and Valet Attendant at The Mill Casino, Hotel & RV Park, as well as serving as Petty Officer Third Class in the USCG from July 2007 to July 2011. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
