Topher Strittmatter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary field. Topher joined the MINA Group in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Director of Culinary Talent, Corporate Chef, and Executive Chef. Prior to that, they worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for six years, starting as a Chef de Partie and progressing to Executive Sous Chef. Topher also worked at Trattoria Lisina as an Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
