Karen Ozerans

Karen Ozerans has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Karen began their career in 2012 as a Pedagogue at Escola la Ginesta. Karen then worked as a Pedagogue at Centre psicopedagogic ARAL before transitioning to a role as an Investigator at Despartamento de Investigaci\u00f3n Psicologia evolutiva UB in 2013. In 2014, they became a Pedagogue at Centre Penitenciari la Model, where they stayed until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Pedagogue at CRAE Tur\u00f3 blau and as an Education Specialist at Recursos educatius per la infancia en risc (REIR).

In 2016, Karen joined The Adecco Group as a Human Resources Recruiter and later became an On-Site Recruiter for Fairmont Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I Adecco Hosteler\u00eda. In 2017, they moved to Talent Search People, an international recruitment agency, where they served as an Account Manager.

In 2019, Karen held the role of Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at both Intercom Empresas and The Mind Hub Company. At Intercom Empresas, they were responsible for recruiting technical profiles as well as other non-technical profiles.

Throughout their various positions, Karen has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and development.
