Melanie Lucero

Melanie Lucero has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Melanie currently works as the Associate Director of Hotel Sales at The Mirage, where they oversee territory account management and manages a team of Executive Meeting Managers. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Sales at Half Moon Bay Lodge, where they strategically increased revenues and managed a diverse range of responsibilities. Melanie has also held sales and management positions at Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown, The Resort at Paws Up, Wynn Las Vegas, Fontainebleau Resorts, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Luxor Hotel & Casino, and Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Melanie is experienced in sales, account management, coordinating group bookings, and developing and executing sales plans and programs.
