Jenny Bermudez

As Development Project Manager for the Southeast Region of Florida, Jenny oversees selection of the Consultant Teams to develop MORGAN's projects. She manages the design process from Site Plan approval to Construction permit. She supervises the preparation and coordination of good quality documents to expedite the permit process, facilitate construction, and keep the projects within budget while meeting MORGAN's objectives and clients expectations.

Jenny has over 15 years of experience in the Design, Development and Project Management of Multi-Million dollar Hi-End condominium, and hospitality markets in South Florida. Prior to joining MORGAN she worked at Fortune International Group on multiple High Rise; previous to that she work directly for the City of Miami Beach Planning Department and Architecture firms in Florida. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Florida and Masters of Architecture from the Florida International University.
