John Clawson

John Clawson is vice president, program management.

He joined NORDAM in 1995 as a design engineer and has held positions of increasing authority since that time, including project engineer for the Hawker 4000 IPPS Program; engineering and program manager for the F2000EX IPPS Program; value stream manager for the Pratt & Whitney product line; and director of operations.

In 2004, Clawson earned the Nacelle & Thrust Reverser Systems Division Leadership Award.

Prior to joining the company, he was a senior design engineer for Lockheed Martin Aero & Naval Systems. His career also has spanned positions with McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and Boeing Military Airplane Company.

Clawson holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla, Mo.
