Janet Krusche

Janet Krusche, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Human Resources Business Consultant at The Northridge Group since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in talent development and HR strategy. Previously, Janet held the role of Talent Development Manager at OSG from 2017 to 2023, where a key achievement included launching the company's first employee development program. Janet's HR expertise was further demonstrated as HR Director at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield HealthPlus from 2014 to 2016, closely collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Additionally, Janet operated as a Human Resources Consultant with Krusche Consulting LLC from 2012 to 2014, working with clients such as ADP and Bergen Community College, and served as an HR Business Partner at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ from 2005 to 2012, supporting various client groups and focusing on organizational development.
