Leo Fazio

Leo Fazio is a seasoned professional in workforce planning with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning at The NRMA since March 2017, Leo previously held significant roles such as Fibre Operations Workforce Manager at Chorus NZ Limited, where responsibilities included the establishment of a workforce management structure for approximately 500 full-time equivalents, financial oversight of provisioning operations budgets, and management of fibre installation capacity.
