Tanya Krupat is a seasoned professional in policy and advocacy with extensive experience in addressing the impacts of incarceration on families. Currently serving as Vice President of Policy & Advocacy at the Osborne Association since November 2006, Tanya has also directed the Osborne Center for Justice Across Generations, which emphasizes the multigenerational consequences of mass incarceration, focusing on children and families affected and elder reentry. Previously, Tanya held the position of Program Director, coordinating the NY Initiative for Children of Incarcerated Parents. Prior to joining the Osborne Association, Tanya was the Director of the Children of Incarcerated Parents Program and Visiting Improvement Project at the Administration for Children's Services from 1999 to 2006. Tanya holds a Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Wesleyan University.
