Ariana Youn

Ariana Youn is a seasoned Policy and Communications Adviser with extensive experience in the field of education in conflict and protracted crises, currently serving ODI within the ERICC Research Programme Consortium since July 2024. Previously, Youn held similar positions at the International Rescue Committee and was a Senior Research Communications Officer at ODI. With a strong background in advocacy and partnerships at UNICEF, Youn has led initiatives aimed at protecting the rights of children and enhancing access to essential services and resources. Early career roles in digital marketing and brand management at notable companies such as Hearst Magazines and Macy's demonstrate a versatile skill set that complements Youn's policy and communications expertise.
