Alex Ochs is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various high-profile establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Peninsula Club since May 2020, Alex previously held the role of Executive Chef at Atlantis Bahamas from May 2018 to May 2020, overseeing Garde Manger for Banquets and Conventions and the Executive Chef de Cuisine at Seafire Steakhouse. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Desert Mountain Properties as Chef de Cuisine, overseeing multiple venues, as well as positions at Wayside Inn as Restaurant Chef and ARAMARK as Sous Chef. Alex began the culinary career at Ocean Reef Club as a Cook and is currently pursuing a degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
