Frederika M. Easley

Frederika M. Easley has a strong background in strategic planning and organizing. Frederika M. is currently the Founder of The People's DAO, a position they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The People's Ecosystem starting in July 2021. Frederika also has experience as a Strategic Planning Specialist, working independently in 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Organizing of Nurses and Healthcare Professionals at AFT. Before that, they held the position of Deputy Director of Nurses and Health Professionals at the American Federation of Teachers from 2016 to 2018. Frederika's earlier roles include Assistant Director in Organization & Field Services at AFT from 2014 to 2016, National Rep at the American Federation of Teachers from 2009 to 2014, and Organizer at UTNO from 2007 to 2009.

Frederika M. Easley obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management and Creative Studies from Buffalo State University. Frederika M. attended the university from 2003 to 2007.
