Matthew Coffer

Matthew Coffer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew is currently serving as the Operations and Commercialization Director at The Planting Hope Company, Inc. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Operations Director at Spinning Wheel Brands, where they played a key role in designing, launching, and growing innovative food and beverage brands. Matthew also served as the Director at SnackHack, LLC, focusing on bringing new food products and brands to the market. Matthew has a wealth of experience in the food industry, having worked as a Consultant for Coffer Consulting LLC, specializing in operations, supply chain, and product development. Additionally, they have held managerial positions at Amazon in the operations division. Matthew has also contributed to community growth by serving as a Director on the Board of Directors for Growing Hope. Earlier in their career, they worked as an engineer for Toyota Technical Center and Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas, where they gained valuable experience in crash testing and quality engineering.

Matthew Coffer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University between 1999 and 2004. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
