Graeme Little is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando & JW Marriott Orlando, a position held since June 2024, Graeme previously dedicated seven years to Fairmont Austin as Executive Chef and also fulfilled roles as Executive Sous Chef and Senior Banquet Chef. Prior experience includes positions at Fairmont Royal York as Restaurant Chef and Sous Chef, along with Chef de Partie and 1st Cook roles at Fairmont Pacific Rim and Delta Hotels, respectively. Graeme Little is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, holding a Journeyman Cook Red Seal designation.
