Sharon Hudson

Sharon Hudson has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at MOSAID Technologies, where they managed the HR department and addressed complex HR issues. Sharon then became the Director of Human Resources at Quake Technologies Inc and later at March Networks Corporation. In 2008, they joined The Ottawa Hospital as the Manager of Compensation & Classification, where they provided leadership in compensation and benefits strategy. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Craneware. Sharon continued their career at Avaloq and Pearson Engineering Ltd, where they held the positions of Head of Human Resources (UK) and Head of HR respectively.
