Jim Kandilas

Jim Kandilas is the current CEO at The Shelby Group. Jim has previous experience as a Vice President at PeopleSoft and Ariba Boutique Startup from January 1998 to December 2002. Jim has also worked as an ERP Project Manager and Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1997 to December 1999 where they delivered and managed multiple ERP program implementation and enhancements surrounding General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Accounts Receivable, and Billing. Prior to that, Jim worked as an Auditor at Dean Witter from January 1994 to December 1997 working in Process and System audits for Dean Witter Credit Services and Dean Witter Reynolds.

Jim Kandilas has a degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
