Tracey Buckley

Tracey Buckley is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors, including technology and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at The Software Institute since January 2024, Tracey focuses on hiring and retaining top STEM graduates for diverse clients in the UK. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter for ITV's Data & AI division, where Tracey successfully executed a recruitment strategy resulting in 70-80 hires, and Senior Recruiter positions at Nationwide Building Society and Sopra Steria. Tracey's earlier experience includes roles at Rotork, IQVIA, and Vodafone, demonstrating a strong background in managing recruitment processes and strategies at both the national and EMEA levels. Tracey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Kingston University.
