Eleanor Bonen

Eleanor Bonen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their recent roles include being the VP of Business Development at The Squadron NYC, where they focus on leadership training and high-impact experiences. Eleanor also serves as a Board Advisor for a stealth startup in the edtech industry and works as a Consultant and Strategic Advisor at EB Consulting.

In the past, Eleanor was the Head of Value Creation at LEGO Ventures, where they led the implementation of their global value exchange strategy. Eleanor has also held positions at littleBits and Alex Brands, where they held leadership roles in sales and marketing. Prior to that, they worked at luxury watch brands Bedat & Co and Bulgari in roles such as After-Sales Service Manager and Account Executive, respectively.

Eleanor Bonen holds a BA in Psychology and Business from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD.
