Corey Chow is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary environments, currently leading the kitchen at The Stanwich Club since June 2021. Prior to this role, Corey held positions including Chef De Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef at Per Se Restaurant from November 2015 to June 2021, and Chef De Cuisine at Torrisi Italian Specialties for a year. Earlier culinary experience includes Chef De Partie at The NoMad Hotel New York and a long tenure at Per Se Restaurant as Sous Chef. Corey's culinary foundation was established at ALAN WONG'S Restaurant. Academically, Corey graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

There was a time not that many years ago when the cities of Greenwich and Stamford were quiet villages. But the population explosion of the 1950’s changed that rather emphatically. Sparked by the exodus of business and industry from New York City, the coastal towns of Connecticut grew at a rate faster than they were able to handle. Among the areas affected was recreation. The need for new private clubs in the area was apparent.
