Carol Hiers

Carol Hiers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of the Business Insurance Interaction Center at Travelers since August 2012. In this role, Carol leads and supports multiple service teams, ensuring exceptional experiences for agents, brokers, and customers. Previous positions held include Field Operations Director at Travelers, where oversight of a multi-site Small Commercial Agency Solutions Center was provided, and Director of Operations at 21st Century Insurance, leading service center operations through significant organizational changes. Carol's earlier career features roles with Progressive Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance Company, and experience in operations, management, and customer service, complemented by a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia.
