Andrea Weinfurter

Andrea Weinfurter's work experience begins in 2010 as a TESOL Certified English Teacher at Vietnam USA Society English Centers. In this role, they developed teaching strategies and communication mechanisms for students of various ages and English proficiency levels.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Global Marketing Coordinator at Spencer Stuart, where they assisted in expanding the firm's digital marketing plan and coordinated logistics for events across different industries and geographies.

In 2014, they served as a People & Organization Change Advisory Intern at EY, gaining experience in change management and organizational development.

Later in 2014, they joined Strategic Talent Solutions as a Leadership Development Consultant, where they conducted individual 360 assessments, designed intervention plans, and analyzed team behaviors and culture to close performance gaps.

From 2015 to 2019, Andrea worked at EY as a Senior Consultant and Manager, specializing in change management, digital transformations, people strategy, and leadership development. Andrea led large-scale transformations, including a company-wide digital transformation and supporting the Chief Innovation Officer through a digital transformation and merger.

Since 2019, they have been with The Trium Group, starting as a Consultant & Advisor and currently holding the position of Strategy, Change, and Leadership Advisor | Director Client Experience. In this role, they partner with C-Suite teams to assess, design, and facilitate transformational experiences that enhance business performance and team cohesion.

Throughout their career, Andrea Weinfurter has demonstrated a passion for leadership, change, and organizational development, utilizing their expertise to unlock new possibilities and potential for individuals and teams.

Andrea Weinfurter completed their education with a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University's School of Social Policy and Education, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Sociology and Psychology from Hamilton College. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including an Integral Coach certification from New Ventures West in February 2022, a Certified Yoga Instructor - E-RYT 200 certification from Yoga Now Chicago in August 2013, and a TESOL Certification from LanguageCorps in September 2010.
