Joel De La Garza is one of the newest members of the Diamond Data Systems team. He has over 20+ years of technical support & management experience. He attended one year of college and then made the decision to jump right into work to get real-world experience! His daily role is overseeing the Technical Support team and guiding them to become World Class in providing support to all the customers.
Joel’s favorite part about his job is getting the opportunity to bring his years of experience to a company that is looking for something different. Bringing big ideas and positive change into production is something he looks forward to and drives him to do better every day.
