Jessica Bell is currently the Director of Talent Management at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at GEICO from 2011 to 2022, including Human Resources Operations Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager. Jessica has extensive experience in managing human resources operations and customer service, with a strong track record of achieving performance goals and employee development. Jessica also has experience in event promotion and marketing from their time at EventPro Strategies, as well as customer service experience from their role at Bare Essentials Natural Market. Jessica holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University.
