Culinary Director at The Village Dallas

Nicholas Walker has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Nicholas currently works as the Culinary Director at The Village Dallas since December 2021. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own business, Irreverent Concepts, starting in February 2021.

Nicholas previously held the role of Executive Chef at Virgin Hotels from May 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as the Executive Chef at The Joule from February 2017 to May 2019.

Nicholas also served as the Chef De Cuisine at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek from May 2015 to February 2017. Nicholas'searlier experience includes working as a Sous Chef at SLS South Beach from March 2011 to February 2015.

Nicholas Walker obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007.
