David Dang

David Dang is a Senior Software Engineer at The Voleon Group with experience in computational physics research and software development. Prior to their current role, David worked as a Research Scientist at Facebook focusing on backend C++ kernel development for deep learning inference. David also has a background in mathematics, numerical methods, optimization, and machine learning from their time as a student at the University of Michigan. Additionally, David has experience as a NASA Space Technology Research Fellow Visiting Technologist and intern at NASA Ames Research Center. David holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and Scientific Computing from the University of Michigan.
