Peter Marantette

Peter Marantette is currently the Director of Restaurant Operations at Windquest Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Peter served as the General Manager at Reserve Wine & Food from August 2010 to May 2023. Peter also held positions such as Assistant General Manager at Reserve Wine & Food and Assistant Manager & Beverage Director at Bistro 110. Peter graduated from DePaul University in 2006 with a B.S. in Business Management, following their education at Grosse Pointe South High School from 1998 to 2002.
