Michal Aharon has a diverse and extensive work experience in journalism and education. Michal has been working at Haaretz since 2016, where they held various roles including Chief Assignment Editor, Co-initiator and Lecturer at Haaretz Digital Editing Course, Coordinator in CMS Assimilation Project, Head of news desk, Senior News Editor, and News Editor. In addition to their work at Haaretz, they also worked as an Instructor in news editing course at Sapir College from 2020 to 2021.
From 2018 to 2021, Michal Aharon attended Tel Aviv University where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in the honors program. Their field of study was Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics (PPE).
