Matt Findley

Principal Game Designer at Theorycraft Games

Matt has been working in the games industry for 20+ years. Most of that time has been spent as a systems designer of some sort or another. Starting at Pandemic, Matt worked on Full Spectrum Warrior 2 and the company's swan song, The Saboteur. After the studio closure he moved on to 343 Industries to develop the enemies for Halo 4 and 5 and then on to Bungie where he worked on and ran the teams that made Destiny bosses for seven years. Matt is looking forward to being a part of the big splash that Theorycraft is going to make in the world in the near future.
