Jake Rodriguez

Jake Rodriguez is the current Director of Therapy at Therapy Blocks. Jake has been in this position since May of 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff Physical Therapist at Encompass Health from May 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they were a Staff Physical Therapist at My Left Foot Children's Therapy from January 2018 to April 2019. Jake Rodriguez has been working as a physical therapist since 2018 and has been in management since 2021.

Jake Rodriguez's educational career includes a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same school. Jake Rodriguez also attended Boulder Creek High School.

They work with Melanie Nguyen - ABA Therapist, Kelli Hoffman - Executive Assistant, and James Byrd - Property Manager. Some individuals on their team include Amy Brewster - Physical Therapist, Joseph Santos - Physical Therapist Assistant, and Sico Ly - Occupational Therapist. Their manager is Thomas Bowen, CEO/Owner.
