Jo Sauer

Jo Sauer is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for M&A and Strategic Capital at Thermo Fisher Scientific since January 2021. Jo holds a JD from Pace University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jo has previously worked as a Corporate Associate focused on M&A at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and held the position of Legal Assistant at Kramer Kozek LLP. Jo's experience extends beyond corporate law; as a Board Member of GREYSTON, Jo has contributed to the Greyson Foundation, and through various roles, including MST Therapist at The Children's Village and Intern at WJCS, Jo has engaged in therapeutic and forensic work with at-risk youth and the family court system. Additionally, Jo was selected as a Fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity for 2023.
