Julie Harvey

Julie Harvey is the Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Julie was previously the Director of Talent Acquisition at Nike's Converse brand from April 2018 to December 2020.

At Converse, Julie was responsible for the development of the global Employee Value Proposition, talent branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and materials, as well as managing key projects. Julie also created the strategic direction for Converse Awards and Recognition strategy inclusive of Great Place to Work. In addition, they partnered directly with the Converse Executive Leadership team to create and enable functional people strategies, and with Talent Management on succession planning and talent gaps.

Julie is a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, providing counsel and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives. Julie is also a skilled mentor and guide, having managed and mentored a high-performing team of 4 Senior Recruiters, 1 Employee Relations Lead and 1 employment TA Coordinator.
