Neelima Sukumar

Neelima Sukumar, Ph.D., currently serves as Director of Sales Development in Life Sciences at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Neelima was an Associate Principal Scientist and People Manager at Merck from April 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of analytical scientists, managing assay support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Experience also includes serving as Principal Investigator at Covance Laboratories Inc. from July 2014 to September 2016, directing multiple studies and overseeing method development.
