Omar Castillo

Omar Castillo, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Managing Director (Geschäftsführer) for Thermo Fisher Scientific's High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Business since March 2019, leading global operations. Previously, Omar was the Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Leader for Baker Hughes, overseeing global supply chain strategies in Radiography Systems, and served as Plant Manager and Site Leader at GE Inspection Technologies. Additional experience includes roles as Global Materials Manager across various GE divisions, focusing on fulfillment and inventory management, and the Manufacturing Operations Manager at GE Mebane Operations. Omar holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University.
