Bukky Bewaji

Bukky Bewaji has a strong background in business analysis and data-driven decision making. They started their career as an Intern at Channel IT in 2012 before moving on to European All frieght as an IT Support Engineer in 2014. At Bell in 2017, they worked as a Junior Reporting Analyst, utilizing SQL queries and MS Excel to analyze and prepare data-driven reports. They then joined Staples as a Business Intelligence Specialist, gathering and analyzing data to support critical business decisions using SQL queries and creating visual reports.

In 2018, Bukky joined IBM as a Business Analyst, where they elicited business requirements and documented them, as well as conducted application testing and created process steps. At Ceridian, they worked as a Business System Analyst from 2021 to 2022, supporting customers using Salesforce CRM, facilitating and leading project initiatives, creating process maps, and implementing access controls. Currently, Bukky holds the position of Quality Business Analyst at Thesis since 2022.

Throughout their career, Bukky has demonstrated strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI, and a commitment to delivering high-quality communication and project outcomes.

Bukky Bewaji's education history begins in 2008 when they entered Covenant University to pursue a B.eng degree in Computer Engineering. Bukky completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. In 2015, Bukky attended Fanshawe College for a postgraduate certificate program in Information Security Management, which lasted for a year. Concurrently, they also enrolled at Dalhousie University in the same year and obtained a Master of Electronic Commerce degree in Computer Science in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Bukky obtained several certifications. In 2018, they earned certifications in Government Industry Foundations, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Agile Explorer, and Telecommunications Industry Foundations from IBM. Bukky's latest certifications include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ from IIBA Halifax Chapter in 2020, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
