Michael Dunteman

Michael Dunteman has held various roles in the food and beverage industry since 1987. Michael began their career as a Production Supervisor at Gold Bond Ice Cream/Good Humor. Michael then moved to Associated Milk Producers, Inc. in 1993, where they served as QA Manager. In 1995, they were Plant Manager at Vitafreze Frozen Confections, and from 2009 to 2015, they were Vice President of Operations at So Delicious Dairy Free and VP Supply Chain at yasso, Inc. From 2015 to 2018, they were COO at The Mochi Ice Cream Company, and since 2018, they have been COO at Ellenos Real Greek Yogurt. Most recently, in 2023, they became Head of Manufacturing at Xiao Chi Jie (XCJ). During their career, they have been responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, R&D initiatives, capacity improvement projects, food safety, quality and employee safety projects, and numerous projects to reduce water usage. Michael has also achieved BRC A and improved gross profit by 5%.

Michael Dunteman obtained a degree in Dairy Science from South Dakota State University between 1982 and 1987. Michael also obtained a certification in LinkedIn Quick Tips from LinkedIn in December 2022.
