Michelle O. has over 25 years of work experience, beginning with their role as a Commissioned Military Officer (Captain) with the US Army in 1995. Michelle then worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Facility Security Officer for Safety Research Corporation of America in 2004. In the same year, they also worked as a Process Improvement Engineer for Sikorsky. In 2005, they were an Instructional Designer for Computer Sciences Corporation, and an IT Consultant for Fluor Corporation. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Senior Director, ERP Systems for EMCOR Construction Services. Michelle then worked as an Engagement Manager for Visual Connections, LLC from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they were a Program Manager for ACE ELECTRONICS DEFENSE SYSTEMS, LLC. In 2018, they were a Deputy Program Director for Bravura Information Technology Systems, Inc., and they are currently a Program Manager for Think since 2019.
